Regardless of how you say it, phở is a steaming bowl of slippery noodles in a broth of herbs and spices, popular with either beef or chicken. The herbs and spices that you can add it as many as you want. However, the reason that I love it so much is the soup is very fresh, a little bit sweet and not too oily, which it’s very perfect!
